Everyone is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. The office is VERY kid friendly. I am excited to start treatment and see how it will help my kiddo.

Office staff is super friendly and excited about trying to make sure your child has the best teeth and oral habits possible. They get down to their level and explain everything in terms that they can understand, no talking down or using words over their heads. They take the time to explain each process, demonstrating proper techniques and why it is of importance to do it correctly from the beginning.

Neo is a great place. They have a very fun environment for kids and are very friendly towards patients. They are great at what they do and have helped me a ton.
NEO has been great for our child's orthodontic needs. Treating a child with autism has its challenges, but NEO has always been kind and accommodating. I highly recommend them.
A pretty good experience! I was shocked to see how kindly patients are treated and how nice all the doctors are. The bric-a-brac in my mouth fits nicely and it's a really nice color, one that's not too noticeable. The expander I have isn't glued to my teeth like the other one was and the fact that they're growing my molars is pretty amazing too. The only thing I don't love about the stuff in my face is that the middle scratches against my tongue and rubs it raw. I know this will help in the long run, and I'm very grateful to Aurora Ortho for making my smile more beautiful! 😁

I appreciate the knowledge and care given at NEO for my kids/our family. The staff there are amazing and helpful. Dr. Lauson appreciates the long-term impact of oral structures and I am looking forward to seeing the results for my kids. One child already shows changes to their front teeth moving in the right direction in just a few weeks!
