Office staff is super friendly and excited about trying to make sure your child has the best teeth and oral habits possible. They get down to their level and explain everything in terms that they can understand, no talking down or using words over their heads. They take the time to explain each process, demonstrating proper techniques and why it is of importance to do it correctly from the beginning.

Neo is a great place. They have a very fun environment for kids and are very friendly towards patients. They are great at what they do and have helped me a ton.
This office staff is very kind, professional, and organized. Dr. Lauson is very knowledgeable and his approach to orthodontics is truly refreshing and effective. This office is very caring of every individual and very attentive to each patient's needs. I have worked with a handful of orthodontic offices in my lifetime and this office truly is a cut above. They really take a holistic approach, and utilize complementary treatments to ensure the best of care and success with every patient. They also are excellent at motivating children to take their orthodontic care into their own hands and manage their own care at home. It is a positive experience and they make every individual as comfortable as possible throughout the process.
We started the Myo brace in June for one of our daughters and yesterday for the second daughter . Great so far and love the friendly staff.
